Taywade Patil & Associates (TPA) is a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy with a legacy of professional excellence spanning over five decades. Established in 1971, the firm has been delivering comprehensive solutions across industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential sectors. With offices in Kolhapur and Sangli, TPA offers end-to-end services including planning, design, engineering, project management consultancy (PMC), statutory approvals, and execution supervision. The firm is backed by an experienced in-house team of senior architects, civil and structural engineers, town planners, interior designers, draughtsmen, and administrative professionals.

A graduate of Nagpur University (1968) and COEP Pune (1970), he has served with the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, and has been associated with several government bodies as a panel architect. His work spans urban planning, institutional architecture, cooperative sector projects, and public infrastructure, with extensive involvement in APMC projects, sugar industry developments, and municipal works.

A B.Arch graduate from Kolhapur University (1998) and a registered architect with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, he has played a key role in modernizing the firm’s design approach, technology adoption, and execution standards. His work spans architectural design, interior design, and project coordination, with significant involvement in large-scale projects, including assignments for the Maharashtra State Police Housing Corporation (MSPHC).
